I have had and still have the pleasure, as an architect, of working with Santoro Building & Design in the construction of many substantial projects over the years. This firm is competent in a multitude of skills and trades. The firm as adept at coordinating all phases of construction while maintaining pressing schedules and budgets. Its managers are able to motivate groups and individuals, be they the subcontractor’s crews or individual tradesmen or suppliers. We had looked at homes that Santoro had built and were very impressed. A few months later we purchased a property and approached Michael to build our home. As this memo is being written the house is nearing completion and we are planning on moving in within the month.
